Honolua Bay - Snorkling

Smiling and ready. Ted and I and Summer went back to the Condo. We were tired and the hike was steep and slippery from all the rain.

The snorkling was amazing, just no sandy beach to sit on.

Maui...the end first

On the last day we had to check out of our Condo in the morning and didn't fly out until 10:00pm at night. We had some time to kill. We chose to go see the "needle" in the Iao valley near the airport. It was so lush and green, and just gorgeous.

Heading out to sea to find some Whales. We were so excited and just hoped we could see some! Tiff and Derrick decided not to go on this adventure, they stayed at the Condo and cooked amazing Prime Rib and Ham and funeral potatoes for a yummy Christmas Eve dinner!

Whale Watching....Maui

The Whale watching was incredible! We went out onoe afternoon out of Lahaina and saw many many whales and several bottlenose dolphins. It was so amazing to watch them play, fight, romance, etc. It had rained a lot that day and so there were incredible rainbows as well.
